A Poem About Resistance

This one isn't by me - it's by Jermaine Lane, a Lift Offian who exudes hope and a passion for living that's both infectious and exhilarating. Here's an excerpt from his poem Designer Cages:

You see, the lion sees all we are, and is terrified. The lion knows us; he can see our true selves. The lion knows the truth: we are 100 feet tall. So it does everything to convince us We are 100 feet small.

Note: the lion = resistance.
