I loved your book Start Finishing and thanks to Russel Nohelty's newsletter I found your publication here 🙌
I like your question around what the indecision can cost, helping see that it's not just the cost of making a decision that should be considered.
Something that I often point out when I deal with indecision is that what tends to make decision-making hard is the thought that we need to make one BEFORE we know what we want. We think we SHOULD know what we want when we simply don't.
I mean, why would you try to make a decision when you don't know what you want? Because you think you HAVE TO.
Is that true though?
Ask yourself, by when do you need to make a decision? Until then, let yourself off the hook, and take the pressure off. That alone can help bring more clarity.
And if you arrive at the time of making that decision and still don't know, meaning you don't have ANY preference, then you can flip a coin! If it's true that you don't have a certain preference, then by doing whichever option, at least it will inform you about what you want or don't want.
